BENEFACTOR: $5,000 A Contribution to the Starlight Children’s Foundation to
fund a “Fun Center” for the hospital of your choice in you or your companies
name, two reserved tables of 8 and recognition at the event ($4,250 is a tax-deductible
contribution)

SPONSOR: $2,500 A Contribution to the Starlight Children’s Foundation to
fund “Fun Packs” for a three month period in you or your companies name,
