R. Joseph Zamora Executive Chef
A graduate of Culinary School in 1994 from Oklahoma State University Technical Branch. His Career started at the Adams Mark Hotel, shortly after graduation, for a year and a half. He then moved to Colorado Springs to do an externship for the Broadmoor Hotel. He worked throughout the hotel in almost every culinary department. A Brief move back to Stillwater, OK resulted in a BS degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management in May of 2001. Upon returning to Colorado Springs, he immediately started working for the Briarhurst Manor in Manitou Springs. He was moved up to a la carte Sous Chef fairly fast and stayed there for three years. Looking for diversity, he then took a position as the Executive Chef for the Valley High Golf course. After working there for three years, his growing culinary skills were recognized and he was offered the job at The Pinery as Executive Chef and has been here for over two years, where his story, talents and experiences will continue to grow.
Anthony Bujak Executive Sous Chef
Anthony Bujak is an Accomplished restaurant manager with more than twenty-one years of cooking experience and eight years of managing restaurants. Goal oriented driven with a huge passion for the hospitality industry. Recognized for the ability to achieve results through leadership, teamwork, and exceptional customer service. Experienced catering manager with the ability to be diversified not only in the kitchen but, also working with clients for complete event planning. Anthony brings his enthusiasm for cuisine and customer satisfaction to The Pinery Catering.
Erica Linscombe Pastry Chef
Erica is an innovative and skilled pastry chef who brings 3 years professional experience to The Pinery Catering. She has perfected recipes which require a fine balance of specific ingredients to complete the most delectable pastries. With Erica's attention to detail, she can add the perfect touch to any request. She has the culinary ability and creativity to make desserts that taste as good as they look.
